ComputerLand Corp., a personal computer retailer headquartered in Oakland, has named Edward R. Anderson, 41, chief operating officer. Anderson previously was vice president-marketing, chief financial officer and board member of Computer Factory, a 47-store retail chain based in Elmsford, N.Y. Vic Leventhal, 44, previously senior vice president-marketing, has been named executive vice president.
