Samuel K. Freshman has announced the formation of Standard Asset Managers Corp., an investment adviser, headquartered at 6151 W. Century Blvd., Suite 300, in Los Angeles. The firm is affiliated with Standard Management Co., which renovates and manages investment-grade real estate throughout the United States.
