Local News in Brief : Rewards Set for Tips on Vandals

Prompted by concern over vandalism at Manhattan Beach schools, the City Council is offering a reward for information leading to the identity or apprehension of the culprits.
Damage at the schools averages $2,000 a month, officials said. Information on school vandalism should be directed to Police Chief Ted Mertens.
