UCLA’s Peacock 2nd in Pacific-10 Meet

UCLA’s Kelley Peacock, a sophomore from Van Nuys High, finished second Tuesday in the heptathlon at the Pacific-10 Conference track and field championships at Drake Stadium.
Peacock scored a career-high 5,074 points to finish behind Wendy Brown of USC, who had 5,665 points. Peacock’s previous best was 4,876.
