NAPLES, Italy — Two young muggers stripped their victim of his trousers Tuesday when he refused to hand over $4,100 in his pockets, police said. Enrico Barcella, 48, appeared at police headquarters in his underwear to report the robbery in Piazza Bovio in the center of Naples.
