Wings West Airlines said it would announce today whether it had resolved its differences with American Airlines in order to complete a $41.7-million merger with the big airline. American had threatened to cancel the merger unless the San Luis Obispo-based commuter airline renegotiated a $10-million aircraft acquisition with British Aerospace by Tuesday.
