After months of shooting “Rambo III” in Israel and the Mojave Desert, no doubt Sylvester Stallone could use a quick dip. And now, thanks to the California Coastal Commission, he can dive right in. The commission approved without comment Wednesday Stallone’s request to dig a 30-by-18-foot pool and spa in his Malibu back yard, according to the commission’s spokesman, Jack Liebster. Stallone’s request to build a pool, spa and deck conformed to the commission’s standards for seaside constructions, Liebster said.
