San Jose Defeats Starlites in Five Games

San Jose Golddiggers defeated the Los Angeles Starlites, 6-15, 9-15, 15-13, 15-11, 11-8, in a Major League Volleyball match in front of about 400 people at Golden West College Saturday.
Laurie Corbelli had 21 kills to lead San Jose (12-10). Dale Keough-Hall and Patty Orozco-Dodd both had 19 kills for Los Angeles (17-5).
