A feast of wild boar is the main drawing card of the Assn. of Retarded Citizens’ annual fund-raiser, but this year’s menu will be tamer. Smoked beef and turkey will be served at the group’s Wild Game Feed on Friday because the wild boar meat was stolen. The Fresno-based charity group obtains boar meat each year from the state Fish and Game Department, whose wardens confiscate it from poachers. A man representing himself as a group member drove to the Monterey County Fish and Game Department office and picked up the boar meat. “We have no idea who this person was,” said Pamela Bills, an association member.
