Gillette Co. said a review of the preliminary count in the Gillette-Coniston proxy contest is complete and confirms the previously announced results that the Gillette nominees for the Gillette board defeated the Coniston nominees. CT Corp., an independent inspector of elections, informed both parties of those results. The results follow completion of a review of the proxies by both parties and the resolution by CT of all challenges raised after that review.
