Commerce Aide Selected

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Charles E. Cobb Jr., an assistant commerce secretary for trade development, to be undersecretary of commerce for travel and tourism, the White House announced Thursday. Cobb, 51, would succeed Donna F. Tuttle.
