Arthur G. Murray has been named president and chief operating officer of Sunshine Biscuits, manufacturer of cookies and crackers based in Woodbridge, N.J. Murray succeeds Howard E. Fraga, who has taken early retirement to pursue personal interests. Murray previously was executive vice president-operations and food service. Chairman Wilfred Uytengsu also will assume the title of chief executive.
