Century City Suite Evacuated

A police special weapons team and bomb squad evacuated a suite of one of the exclusive Century City Towers today after an attorney was reportedly being held by a distraught client.
Officers evacuated Suite No. 2650 at 2121 Avenue of the Stars after receiving reports that the man was holding the unidentified attorney, possibly armed with a knife and gun, said Los Angeles Police officer Don Lawrence. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
