Court to Review Rights Ruling

If one wanted to torpedo the chances of Republican candidates in November one couldn’t do a better job than the five conservative justices have done in reopening the civil rights question. This act guarantees that blacks and liberal activists will be incited to do their best to defeat Republicans at all levels, especially those that have any bearing on the Supreme Court.
Like lemmings, Republicans are notorious for their inclination to self-destruct.
