Craig Riley of Fort Wayne, Ind., a Purdue basketball signee who was sought by the Kentucky said he was interviewed by the NCAA about Kentucky’s recruiting efforts.
Riley said he was asked whether he received money in overnight letters the Kentucky basketball office sent him, whether Kentucky coaches visited his home or school when they weren’t supposed to, and whether he met any Kentucky alumni during his October 1987 visit to Lexington. Riley said he answered no to the questions.
