Peter Luczak, the owner, also runs Master Craft, which reupholsters furniture and restores antiques. . . . Islands Restaurant, a small Costa Mesa restaurant chain, signed a $3-million, 20-year lease for 6,300 square feet in the Centerstone Plaza office development in Irvine for the company’s sixth restaurant. . . . Grove Investment Co. in Costa Mesa paid $4.4 million for a 41,000-square-foot office building on 2.4 acres at 259-265 Randolph Blvd. in Brea. The seller was Brinderson Development Corp. of Irvine.
