SATURDAY
‘BACK FROM THE BRINK’ Goodson, 6:30 pm.
A dull, detailed chronicle of adventurer-entrepeneur Richard Branson’s balloon crossing of the Atlantic. Branson lived up to Andy Warhol’s claim of “fame for 15 minutes,” so the film makers exceed the limits of our patience by more than 30 minutes. The confusion is apparent, but any sense of real danger in the enterprise has eluded the film makers.
