Hillman Properties said it will begin construction of two mid-rise office buildings next week at Main Street and Von Karman Avenue in Irvine as the first phase of its $150-million corporate center. . . . Newport Beach architecture firm Bryde-Mossman has restructured and changed its name to Bryde-Burger after former partner Eric Mossman left for “other endeavors.”. . . Construction loan company Old Stone of California Inc. has moved from Newport Beach to Irvine’s Brinderson Towers, signing a five-year, $620,000 lease for 4,500 square feet.
