Terrence J. Wallock, vice president and general counsel of Denny’s Inc., has joined the board of Winchell’s Donut Houses, La Mirada. Wallock replaces Donald L. Pierce, who has resigned from the board and as president of Denny’s and chief executive of Winchell’s. Denny’s is a 42% owner of Winchell’s and a subsidiary of Denny’s is general partner.
