Nasser Quits as Bolsa Grande Soccer Coach

Al Nasser, whose boys’ soccer team at Bolsa Grande High School clinched a playoff berth Tuesday, announced his resignation, effective at the end of season.

Bolsa Grande (9-6-4 overall, 7-3-3 Garden Grove League) beat Los Amigos, 4-2, in a league match at home.

Nasser, a walk-on coach who has led Bolsa Grande to the playoffs in both seasons that he has coached the team, said he resigned because he had done all he had set out to do.
