Driver Tim Richmond, who regained his NASCAR driver’s license after testing negative in a second drug test, has not been in contact with NASCAR officials.

Racing officials said they had been unable to reach the 32-year-old driver, but when reached by Associated Press, Richmond said he couldn’t talk about what he was going to do.

“I can’t talk about it,” Richmond said. “I’d love to tell you, but I can’t.”
