Obituaries : Rites Scheduled for William D. Witherspoon

A memorial service for William D. Witherspoon, 85, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church. Witherspoon was a pioneer Los Angeles investment banker, a founder of the Music Center and a longtime supporter of the Hathaway Home for Children in Pacoima when he died Friday.
