Right-hander Willie Fraser and outfielder Chico Walker have agreed to terms of one-year contracts for 1988 with the Angels. No terms were announced by the team.
Fraser, 23, was 10-10 with a 3.92 earned-run average for the Angels last season. He appeared in 36 games, of which he started 23, and pitched five complete games with one shutout. Fraser’s 10 victories were second on the club to Mike Witt’s 16.
Walker, 30, was acquired by the Angels on Oct. 16 from the Chicago Cubs for pitcher Todd Fischer.
