Authorities Sunday identified the two victims killed in an air collision of two small planes over the San Gabriel Valley on Saturday.
Los Angeles County Fire Department spokesman Clark Pearson said the coroner’s office had identified the two as pilot Robert Harold Kagarice, 44, and his son, Todd, 15, both of Mission Viejo.
The two light planes collided over a residential area in Temple City on Saturday afternoon, killing Kagarice and his son when their plane crashed near a house.
The other plane made a safe emergency landing at Burbank Airport.
