Brinderson Tower I Leasing Reaches 70%

Leasing of Brinderson Towers I has reached 70% during the project’s first year, according to a spokesman for the developer, Brinderson LTD and Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States.
Tower I was completed last summer at MacArthur and Jamboree boulevards in the Irvine Business Complex, and a second tower is scheduled to be under construction this spring adjoining the first structure.
