Everest & Jennings International Ltd., Los Angeles, announced that an asset purchase agreement has been signed for the sale of its Die Cast Products division to a group of investors for an undisclosed amount of cash and other consideration. The division was part of Everest & Jennings’ Metal Products Group and will be known as Die Cast Products Inc. It is anticipated that the sale will be completed by the end of January, subject to the satisfaction of conditions specified in the agreement and the approval of the Everest & Jennings board.
