The TV game-show version of the ever-popular “Monopoly,” which originally was to debut this month, will be held up indefinitely, according to King World Syndication, its distributor. King World President Michael King told Electronic Media magazine that the show, modeled closely on the board game, isn’t even close to being ready, adding, “We will sell no game (show) before its time.” King World officials say May or June is a possibility for the program’s unveiling.
