‘Manhunter’ on TMC

A re-edited version of Michael Mann’s 1986 film, “Manhunter,” will air Sunday at 9 p.m. on The Movie Channel (cable). The screening marks the debut of “Director’s Cut,” an occasional Movie Channel feature that offers film directors the opportunity to re-edit their theatrical releases exclusively for the national pay cable service.
