Several people have been promoted as part of a corporate restructuring of Vons Cos. They include: Michael F. Henn, senior vice president and chief financial officer, to executive vice president and chief financial officer; Garrett R. Nelson, senior vice president-administration, to executive vice president-corporate development; Stuart A. Rosenthal, vice president-merchandising and marketing, to executive vice president-marketing, and Peter M. Horn, senior vice president-retail store operations, to senior vice president and general manager of the Vons retail unit.
