Amperif Corp. has named Norman R. Farquhar to the newly created position of senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Farquhar, 41, is overseeing the Chatsworth company’s financial resources and its plan to become a publicly traded corporation by the end of 1988.
Amperif is a developer and supplier of storage systems for mainframe computers.
