‘Gridlocked Government’
Hurray for Propositions 13 and 4. It saved me several thousand in taxes on my home. I love that! Bureaucrats in Sacramento have so much money in the state treasury the governor is going to refund some of it to us in a few months. Former Gov. Ronald Reagan did that one time, too.
The only “gridlock” in government is the legislative bureaucrats yearly program to drag things out long enough to see what lobbyists are going to contribute to what elected officials who will then pass certain bills. They don’t even bother to weigh the volume of protest letters on the scale any more. Big money talks louder.
Get the lawyers out of the Legislature and maybe we can have more sensible laws instead of a lot of loopholes in every law passed to feather lawyers’ deep pockets.
