William Loper has been promoted to senior vice president-advertising for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer’s motion picture marketing division. He was promoted to vice president of advertising for MGM/UA in September, 1985, retaining similar duties following formation of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures Inc. in 1986.
