BOSTON BACKERS

Robert Hilburn is accused of the following regarding his review of Boston’s concert:
1--Not knowing the slightest difference nor distinction between pop music and rock ‘n’ roll.
2--Assuming that if a musical group does not change its style tremendously within three albums (that is the issue, not the eight years in between albums No. 2 and 3) that it is stagnating and dull.
3--Assuredly not attending the concert he so highly degrades for, if he had, he would have witnessed that this “boring bombast” of a concert got three encores with fans literally having to be kicked out of the Forum.
4--Being a pompous ass who should stick to reviewing pop concerts and leave rock ‘n’ roll to Rolling Stone.
There will be no pleading in this court--the jury has found him guilty on all counts.
