Toronto Feels Light Quake

WASHINGTON — A light earthquake rattled the Toronto area of Canada early Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The survey’s earthquake monitors at Golden, Colo., said the tremor measured 3.2 on the Richter scale.
