Two of Spain’s most wanted Basque terrorists have been arrested in a major security operation, police sources said. The sources said officers spotted the two at a roadblock in Barcelona and followed them to the northeastern city of Zaragoza. The officers then stormed the guerrillas’ hotel room and later seized 77 pounds of explosives in their car. The sources named the two suspects as Ines del Rio, alleged to have been a leading member of the Madrid commando unit of the separatist group ETA (Basque Homeland and Freedom), and Jose Luis Hermosa Urra.
