Florida Circuit Court Judge Robert C. Abel said Wednesday that an attorney for the mother of Johnny Carson’s illegitimate granddaughter may come to Los Angeles and question the entertainer about financial support given the child’s father, Chris Carson. Abel added that Carson fils might have to bear the travel costs for the attorney if Tanena Love Green wins her suit for more child support. Green, 35, sued Chris Carson for child support last year, saying he is the father of her daughter, Cristal Love Carson. Her attorney, Ellis Rubin of Miami, wants to ask Johnny Carson about financial support given his son in order to determine if the talk show host has provided more financial assistance to Chris Carson than the $35,000 annual stipend Chris Carson claims is his only source of income.
