A 10-month-old girl was struck in the back by a bullet fired from a passing car while in her father’s arms in their Highland Park area home, police reported. Xochitl Soto was reported in critical but stable condition at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena. Her father, Marcelo Soto, 35, was grazed on the arm by another bullet.
