Garrett Wins Sprints at Encino Velodrome

Mark Garrett of the KHS Montrose club won the senior one and two sprint races Saturday at the Encino Velodrome. Neal Fraser of Ernie’s bicycle club won the junior men’s 750-meter scratch race.
