‘Largest Office Lease’ Signed in Glendale Market

What is being called “the largest single office lease signed in the burgeoning Glendale office market” has been transacted between Security Pacific National Bank and Cabot, Cabot & Forbes.

The bank leased 134,505 square feet of space in the 12-story, 321,500-square-foot office building developed by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes at 330 N. Brand Blvd. The lease--for the entire third, fourth, eighth, ninth and tenth floors--was valued at more than $15 million.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented the developer, and Irving Bonios Co. represented Security Pacific.
