Kickback Trial for Donovan Set Feb. 18

NEW YORK — A judge today set Feb. 18 for the construction firm kickback trial of former Labor Secretary Raymond J. Donovan to begin in the state Supreme Court in the Bronx. Donovan, the first sitting Cabinet member indicted for criminal actions, resigned last March to fight the charge.
