Field of Eight Set for Next Rainbow Classic

HONOLULU — Eight teams that will compete in the 1986 edition of the Rainbow Classic basketball tournament in Honolulu were announced last week, headed by host Hawaii.
Other teams competing in the Dec. 27-30 tournament are Kansas, Arkansas, Florida, California, Pittsburgh, Ohio State and Wisconsin.
Missouri, which won the 1985 Rainbow Classic, will not return to defend the title.
