Stewart’s Hat Trick Leads USIU Victory

SAN DIEGO — United States International University, led by a hat trick from Gordy Stewart, beat Air Force, 7-3, Saturday night in nonconference hockey play at Mira Mesa House of Ice.
The Gulls (10-10) took a 3-0 lead in the first period and went on to complete a two-game sweep of Air Force (7-9). USIU also beat the Falcons, 4-1, Friday.
