Westminster : Police Seek Driver in Hit-and-Run Accident

Police on Saturday were investigating the death of a Los Angeles man who was killed Friday night by a hit-and-run driver on the Garden Grove Freeway. The victim apparently jumped from a vehicle into the path of an oncoming car, officials said.
Won Ho Song, 29, a passenger in a car driven by Yeun Gun Song, 24, also of Los Angeles, reportedly jumped from the car about 7:20 p.m. as it was traveling westbound on the freeway, just east of Brookhurst Street in Westminster, a California Highway Patrol official said. The victim landed in the far right-hand lane and was struck by a car that did not stop.
Officials did not know why Song jumped from the car or if he was related to the driver.
Investigators on Saturday were seeking the driver of the hit-and-run vehicle.
