Football: Khalfani Muhammad gets first-class treatment

Running back Khalfani Muhammad of Sherman Oaks Notre Dame took an official recruiting visit to the University of Notre Dame on Saturday, and his father, Malik, said, ‘It was a wonderful experience.’

It started with a car service picking up him after the Knights’ Friday game against Golden Valley.

Some players were saying he got picked up in a Rolls-Royce. Not quite.

‘It looked like a brand new Mercedes,’ Malik said.

Muhammad will take an unofficial visit to California next month and plans an official visit to Washington.
