Richard Mullaney of Thousand Oaks caught 80 passes and had eight interceptions as a junior. Now he must prove himself to college recruiters.

He’s expected to attend camps this month at California, Arizona State, Arizona and Washington. He has scholarship offers from Oregon State, Colorado State, Wyoming, New Mexico and Northern Arizona.

It’s a big month for lots of football players who plan to take unofficial visits and participate in camps.
