Football: Hall gives Crenshaw lead

Crenshaw has taken a 28-27 lead over Lakewood with 2:33 left on Geno Hall’s eight-yard touchdown reception from Marquis Thompson.

Hall, who caught his second TD of the night and has 128 yards receiving on nine receptions, also caught a nine-yard reception on fourth-and-one from the 19.

Thompson put together a 70-yard drive with several clutch passes.

Now it’s up to Lakewood quarterback Jesse Scroggins to put together a winning drive.
