Basketball: Orange County all-star games on tap Saturday

Ocean View’s Mason Jones and Los Alamitos’ Clark Evans are among the players scheduled to participate Saturday in the Kiwanis/PlyoCity all-star basketball games at Mission Viejo High. There will be six games, pitting the best players from North Orange County against their Southern counterparts.

The schedule includes a small schools senior girls’ game at noon, a small schools senior boys’ game at 1:30 p.m., an elite underclassmen girls’ game at 3 p.m., a large schools senior girls’ game at 4:30 p.m., an elite underclassmen boys’ game at 6:30 p.m. and a large schools senior boys’ game at 8 p.m.
