Burn Notice: Jesse and Fiona (Coby Bell, Gabrielle Anwar) take on a surveillance job for a pharmaceutical company that may not be what it seems in this new episode (9 p.m. USA).
Rookie Blue: Gail and Dov work with Swarerk to protect an informant from a gang in this new episode (10 p.m. ABC).
Beyond Scared Straight: In 1978, the documentary “Scared Straight!” followed a group of young delinquents as they met inmates of a New Jersey prison. This series, returning tonight for a second season, follows 21st century teens of both genders through similar sessions (10 p.m. A&E).
Suits: Eric Close guest stars in this new episode as a Boston lawyer who’s never lost a case and who’s not above employing some shady tactics (10 p.m. USA).
Russian Dolls: Anna is excited about putting on her own fashion show, but she manages to alienate all her friends in the process in this new episode (10:32 p.m. Lifetime).

The 2011 VH1 Do Something Awards: Jane Lynch returns to host this awards special, which honors young people for their achievements in community service (9 and 11 p.m. VH1).
