First disagreement: Steve Poizner: ‘Meg says we can’t afford tax cuts, that there’s really nothing wrong with our tax structure…. In a Republican primary, wow!’

Whitman: After Poizner’s tax cut plan there ‘will be a $30-billion budget deficit, $10 billion on top of the $20 billion we already have.’

The debate is being moderated by Colan Nolan, television reporter from NBC-TV (Channel 4) in Los Angeles.
