Suspect sought in fatal stabbing

Santa Ana police are looking for a suspect in the stabbing death of man during a brawl that erupted in a commercial district on Saturday.
Police were called to 1919 S. Main St. about 12:37 p.m. on reports of a fight between two men, said Cmdr. Larry Coleman. When officers arrived, they found a wounded man on the ground with at least one stab wound, he said.
The man was transported by paramedics to a local hospital, where he died, Coleman said. Police searched the area for the suspect but were unable to find him.
The victim’s identity was not released.
